Assistant Controller

Pennsylvania General Energy (PGE), is looking for an Assistant Controller to join our Finance Team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to preparing monthly financial statements; preparation of balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows; oversight of annual audits/joint interest billing; assists in quarterly tax estimates and annual filings; assists in preparing annual budgets and supervision of AP staff.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred and a minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience with a strong analytical background.
