As an Internal Auditor Senior within PNC’s Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, Raleigh, NC, or Charlotte, NC.

The BSA/AML Audit team is responsible for assessing the adequacy and adherence to policies, practices and procedures in relation to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies and sanctions.

For the Internal Auditor Senior position, the prospective candidate must have a strong traditional Audit background and/or BSA/AML Risk, Compliance, or Testing experience. BSA/AML project-based program experience is a plus.

Job Description

  • Conducts execution of internal audit plan by leading or conducting financial, compliance or operational audit projects including the examination and evaluation of the adequacy of internal controls.
  • Independently executes audit scope, objectives, and work plans. Assesses risk and controls, performs testing of key controls, and documents results. Documents audit work demonstrating command of language, clarity of thought, and orderliness of presentation.
  • Executes procedures supporting external audit of internal controls, business processes, and account balances.
  • Presents audit findings to audit management for the development of reports and recommendations.
  • Develops and maintains productive client and team relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
