We are a people-first, results-driven firm that aims to transform growing companies into world-class enterprises.nn nn nn nn Job Title: Senior Fund Accountantnn nn nn nn Summary: The ideal candidate will be a detailed-oriented individual with the ability to effectively work across multiple simultaneous projects in support of accounting/finance, operational and strategic initiatives.

nn nn nn nn Primary Responsibilities: nn Fund accounting and reporting for fund, general partner and co-invest entities Reviewing and challenging valuation calculations and support Fund capital calls and distributions Review federal and state tax returns Preparing routine and ad-hoc reports and analysis Maintenance of limited partner contact and distribution database Accounts payable and other accounting for activates related to the management company Special projects and misc.

firm support Assist with review, interpretation and compliance with LPAs and related agreements Will work closely with the Incline Finance team, Investment Professionals, Auditors and Tax Preparers nn nn nn Desired Skills and Experience: nn Strong financial and analytical skills Superior attention to detail Positive attitude and desire to contribute to success of the finance and entire Incline team Ability to work independently and also to work closely with other team members High sense of personal responsibility and accountability Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task Proficiency in a variety of software applications
