At InventHelp, we know talented people are our greatest asset.This position requires an outgoing attitude with the ability to manage all aspects of the inventor client relationship and the position requires you to be a juggler. This role also requires company research and selection for direct mailings, support for our Submission Writing and Creative Services staff relating to client updates, brochure layout, printing and catalog creation. You will be managing multiple clients, tasks and responsibilities throughout the course of your day. You must be able to work independently while having support from the team. You will work with every department and touch every aspect of the services we provide to our clients. We are located in the Cultural District in downtown Pittsburgh, walking distance from PNC Park. Check out the Job specs and skills/experience required below.Job Specs:Communicate via inbound and outbound telephone calls with consumers.Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.Accurately document and update records in required systems.Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.When applicable, attempt to resolve consumer issues by maintaining diplomacy and tact when dealing with complaints and/or difficult situations.Perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsSkills/Experience:Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution/problem solving skills a must.Proficient in the use of the computer, including Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Adobe products, including InDesign a plusExcellent verbal and written skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base.Must be detail oriented and organized.Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.Ability to work independently while being a team player.Excellent time management skills.
