Job Description JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE: The successfulcandidate is responsible for providing courteous and professionalphone support and/or email communication with business or corporatecustomers, whether they need help troubleshooting a technical issueinvolving online banking and mobile applications, providingproduct/services information and resolving any emerging problemsthat the customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.This role will support businesses that have checking/savingaccounts and involve implementing the products they have requested.This role also involves timely completion of daily back officeoperational risk monitoring. PRINCIPLE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement sold branch level services (open new accounts, orderchecks, endorsement stamps as needed, prepare and email welcomepackets, complete all necessary regulatory and internaldocumentation). * Provide general customer support for TM SalesOfficers; process customer requests for assistance with TreasuryManagement products and services; research inquiries regardingoverdrafts, transfers, service charges, and account performance. *Provide general customer support for business online bankingproducts and associated mobile applications. * Address and managecustomer service issues utilizing independent judgment whenadditional action is needed. * Follow new business account openingprocesses and procedures. * Answer multiple phone lines, addressclient needs, and take messages. * Prepare correspondence, makecopies and send faxes. * Maintain effective communication with theBranches, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, Other AssetDivisions, Operations (Wire/ACH/Lockbox) and Operations Risk whichis necessary for the successful implementation of services andaccounts. * Assist in identifying process improvements. * Abilityto prioritize and multi-task. Qualifications: * College degree orbanking/administrative/customer service experience required. *Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Excellentproblem solving skills and the ability to identify when to escalatea client issue. * Excellent customer service and follow-up skills. Proficient in MS Office, specifically Word. * A working knowledgeof multiple operating system and internet browsers (mobile/PCbased) * Must be an involved team player and positive acceptor ofon-going change. * Ability to prioritize workload meets deadlinesand handles multiple tasks while producing accuratework.
