Currently, we are assisting a local client in recruiting for an IT Support Specialist in Pittsburgh, Pa. This is an indefinite position that will be working with experts in robotics and transportation. 
 
Responsibilities for this IT Support Specialist include:

  • Manage inventory of IT hardware and accessories
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
  • Respond to user support issues
  • Provision new hardware and software for new hires

    • Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Experience with Cloud Provider platforms such as Jira and G-Suite
  • Experience in imaging and deploying Linux Operation Systems
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as with a team

    This position is starting off at 30 hours per week.
    Starting salary $28 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
