nn SUMMARY: Supports producers in day to day requests and manages inbound calls from members and producers.
nn nn n nn nn DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: nn Primary support for producer support phone line Facilitates the contracting process for new distributors and producers Assembles/distributes new producer kits Assists in planning annual seminars and events Maintain producer compliance requirements Assist members and producers with various service items Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and other sales literature through printer/fulfillment center Performs other related duties as assigned by management nn n nn nn QUALIFICATIONS: nn Minimum of five (5) years’ experience and/or training in a sales support role Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred Knowledge of life and annuity products preferred Ability to successfully collaborate with all internal and external partners Detail-oriented with outstanding organization, communication, time management and project management skills Creative thinker and team player Demonstrated success and comfort in working in a very fast-paced environment and ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and interact with all levels of management Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with a demonstrated ability to write compelling and effective copy
