Software Support Specialist (No C2C/Sponsorship)

Our client, a growing supplier of innovative software solutions, has an immediate need for a Customer Support Specialist. This individual will responsible for assisting customers in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about their usage of our client’s world-class software product, as well as conducting new user training via screen sharing software. The successful candidate will play a critical role in achieving the Companyrsquos goals for customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Work directly with customers either by telephone or electronically to respond promptly to inquiries, requests, or concerns. Direct any unresolved issues or requests to the designated resource, when needed. Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions, as well as actions taken. Prepare and distribute customer activity reports and maintain customer databases. Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolutionsatisfaction. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Collaborate with product development and sales teams on product or service improvement opportunities. Qualifications Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Strong listening and presentation skills Excellent computer skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Working knowledge of corporate productivity and web presentation tools BABS degree preferred, or equivalent experience
