nn Responsibilities: nn Work with Senior Engineers on Land Development construction drawing packages Perform grading w/ AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater management calculations with HydroCAD Prepare and complete E&S control plans and NPDES permit packages Researching zoning codes and ordinance requirements for project sites Assistance with Project and Production Managers to ensure project deadlines are met Coordination with municipalities, utility companies and other public regulatory agencies Prepare project technical reports and specifications Other Duties as assigned nn n nn nn Qualifications: n nn nn n nn Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering EIT candidates are preferred 3
– 6 years of experience High-level of proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation experience a plus Displayed competency with hydraulic modeling software such as HydroCAD, HydraFlow and HEC-RAS Effective written and communication skills Thorough understanding of the local and state permitting process in Pennsylvania Ability to work on a Team with other employees through project design timeline
