OVERVIEW OF THE ROLEWe are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Account Executives to join our in-house sales team.

Account Executives are responsible for developing and closing new business in new fleet accounts.

While you will have support from SDR?s and Marketing, you should be able to build and manage a sales pipeline while growing successful customer relationships from initial contacts to closed wins.This role will also include talking to prospects and demoing our product, following trends and learning about the competitive landscape, analyzing and optimizing the sales funnel, and initiating new sales conversations.

Being resourceful, clever, persistent, empathetic, and organized will all be key to your success.This role focuses on the mid-sized fleet, which is critical to the success of Idelic and is viewed in that light.

Ideally, this is a full time, on-site position at our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA; may consider remote for the right candidate.WHAT YOU?LL DOCultivate, develop, and close new customers on the Idelic Safety Suite platformDrive high sales activity and strategy through the use of funnel metrics and KPI?s Capture and update sales activities in Salesforce on a daily basisCreate and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly forecastsSell Idelic?s benefits to prospects through product demos, events, and trade showsWork closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure customers are satisfied and successfulWork on any task and help solve problems when needed ?
