Position OverviewThis Marketing Specialist Senior position within PNC’s Retail Marketing organization will be located in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH and is part of the Student & University Banking Marketing Team.This position will support the delivery of high-quality customer experiences from acquisition through retention and will focus primarily on the student segment.

Examples of projects this person will manage include:* Direct mail, email, digital and social media marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring and retaining student and beginner customers* Work directly with sales teams to develop, enhance and deploy marketing tools such as collateral and event strategies that promote the PNC conversation on university campuses* Enhance the PNC student consumer experience through content planning and digital/webpage optimizations* Effectively forecast and manage campaign invoicing to ensure a sound and well balanced marketing budgetThis person will learn the Marketing Automation System (MAS) and be responsible for executing marketing initiatives within the guidelines of the PNC Direct Marketing Process.Job Description* Independently supervises, manages and assists in the development of aspects of marketing program execution.* Develops and executes more complex marketing programs and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications.* Acts as a liaison to agencies, third parties or internal business partners to coordinate development and execute on their behalf.* Oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, invoicing, budget management and process workflows.* Completes the coordination of ad-hoc marketing requests.PNC Employees take pride in our reputation and to continue building upon that we expect our employees to be:* Customer Focused
