Remote/work from home is not available for this role due to the nature of the duties performed.A DAY IN THE LIFEIn this role, you will… Complete Order Entry for recording documents that are received from clients. Recording title documents in a team environment. Perform quality checks on documents prior to recording. Submit documents to counties for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail. Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording.WHO YOU AREYou possess … A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards. Perform quality control checks on unrecorded documents prior to recording. Submit documents to counties, for recording, via e-file systems as well as through direct mail. Utilize UPS for tracking of incoming and outgoing documents. Calculate filing fees to be paid to the county for recording. Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned All other duties as assigned.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 1 -2 years’ experience working in an office environment. 1-2 years’ experience recording deed preferred. Proven customer service skills. Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and be proficient in the Microsoft software products. Must be able to multi-task. Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with a high level of accuracy. Critical reasoning and thinking skills required.Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary.
