Business need for this role Taurus Top must-have skills Candidate Requirements Knowledge in SQL – drive dashboards and sheets Agile MS Excel work with the Tableau expert to build the dashboard PowerPoint PM Experience with large projects and the financials behind these projects Collecting scope and requirements for the project Willingness to learnself-starter Agile Project lifecycle What will separate an average candidate vs a great candidate on a resume? Knowledge of Tableau, R and Python languages a plus. Knowledge of Security operations a plus PMP certification Lean 6th sigma Years of overall experience required Entry level to 3 years of experience Day to day responsibilities Gather requirements Large enterprise project support Writing business requirements Managing intake of demand to security for digital identity and fraud screenings Build and manage comprehensive security strategy roadmap which encompasses Actimize, Digital Identity, Fraud Strategy and Analytics (FSA) counter measures and other new security capabilities Creation of security strategies and business cases that support needs internal and external to security Standardize security strategy roadmaps and corresponding project schedules Design and maintain of meaningful metrics that actually tie back to things such as the customer experience Manage ROI sandbox activities and pilots as a means to validate or create security solutions (quantify from volume standpoint) Degrees or certifications required Bachelor’s Degree Interaction with HM and other team members Hiring manager Be part of a team being built from the ground up Address intake and prioritization of how security work is done Opportunity for growth Interview Process Video Request timeline Subject to Change Supplier Call 315 130 FSSRC to place req on hold EOD 318 (shortlist on 319) Manager Review of candidates Interviews Interview Feedback
