Client Solutions Consultant IV


This is a Contract position in Pittsburgh, PA posted March 25, 2021.

What does a great Client Solutions Consultant do?

You will face exciting sales opportunity challenges as you collaborate with the Sales and Client Executives to understand a client’s ATM fleet environment, including business strategy, objectives, pain points and processing requirements.  This business intelligence will enable the Sales Solution Consultant to collaborate with Sales and Client Executives to build and deliver a client-focused presentation.  You will demonstrate specific solutions as needs dictate to further enhance Fiserv’s value proposition.  Your efforts will assist Fiserv to meet Managed Services sales and revenue goals while ensuring Fiserv can meet or exceed the client’s requirements.

You can look forward to:

  • Leading client discovery sessions to identify client’s ATM strategy, objectives, pain points and processing requirements

  • Interpreting client background information to tailor the solution presentation to the client’s specific environment so that it demonstrates the value that Fiserv solutions will bring to the client’s organization

  • Presenting Card Services solution value to existing clients and prospects, highlighting how our solutions are superior to our competition, where known

  • Providing Consulting services to prospective clients including the design and use of models where appropriate.

  • Building and presenting LeveragePoint an established internal ROI model outlining the economic value of Card Services solutions to existing clients and prospects

  • Providing solution demonstrations to existing clients and prospects

  • Periodically reviewing and offering feedback to RFP responses for specific client opportunities.

  • Maintaining responses in the Fiserv RFPIO repository.

  • Participating in user groups, trade shows, and conferences as required

  • Collaborating with Sales Executives, Client Executives and other internal Business Partners within Card Services and with other Fiserv business units

  • Maintaining strong payments and financial services industry knowledge levels with an emphasis on ATM hardware and software.

  • Has strong analytical skills, adaptable and has the ability adjust to atypical issues/opportunities

  • Is comfortable interacting with customers at all levels along with appropriate representatives to analyze, validate, specify, verify and document business strategy

  • Is used to working under high levels of accountability and measurable performance

  • Can work efficiently and productively without detailed direction or guidance

  • Has the ability to handle extremely confidential information in a professional manner and capable of exercising good independent judgement

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 7 years relevant ATM fleet experience required

  • Previous client-facing sales experience

  • Strong background and experience within the ATM space.

Travel required:

  • up to 30%
