Overview

Job Summary

The Executive Director is an operations and account management leader who has responsibility for the delivery of services to a set of clients with a focus on strategy execution and client relationship management. As an individual contributor, the Executive Director collaborates with their Clinical and Network/Provider Engagement counterparts to manage overall client operations and performance. The Executive Director analyzes data, identifies trends, determines root cause issues, develops work plans, organizes cross-functional teams and develops quality output for internal and external constituents to achieve client goals. The position is responsible for developing and reporting deliverables, including consultative, client-facing content to articulate naviHealth’s value.

Responsibilities

  • Ultimately accountable for guiding the successful delivery of naviHealth services for a given set of clients and building strong client relationships that allow for expansion and growth.
  • Build relationships with client organizations and provide client-centric, high-service ethic.
  • Partner with the Director of Network/Provider Engagement and Director of Clinical Operations to execute with all client-level care management staff to ensure maximum colleague engagement and productivity through indirect oversight.
  • Develop and execute key strategic initiatives for clients. These initiatives include quality, cost and service metrics, assisting clients with product and service expansion and new client implementations.
  • Deliver successful impact on key performance indicators in collaboration with the Market President through management and development of operational metrics that guide service delivery.
  • Foster and develop the naviHealth culture among all colleagues, promoting an atmosphere of engagement, trust and open dialogue.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies, procedures and processes.
  • Build effective relationships with and hold accountable functional areas delivering to the client contract through centralized shared services.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • At least 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience required, including leadership experience within healthcare operations.
  • Expertise and experience in value-based care
  • Strong focus on culture and employee engagement
  • History of building and implementing service models that add value to healthcare providers, which may include physician practices, health systems, health plans or PAC providers
  • Proven ability to interact with and influence client contacts at all levels within an organization; demonstrates organizational range
  • Intense intellectual curiosity and an ability to view old problems with a fresh perspective
  • Excellent written, computer, presentation and oral communication skills
