Job Summary
Campos seeks an experienced project manager to serve as a Qualitative Operations Manager.
Campos operates an in-person research facility in Pittsburgh’s Cultural District and also conducts qualitative research online.

Members of our virtual call center recruit participants for these qualitative engagements, which include focus groups and interviews.
The Qualitative Operations Manager will be responsible for a range of operational tasks related to recruiting and qualitative research.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage recruitment and qualitative research projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, effectively, and on time Perform key operational tasks for recruitment and qualitative research projects (e.g., programming screener surveys, managing qualitative research platforms, managing research respondent spreadsheets, corresponding with research participants) Delegate tasks to virtual call center staff as appropriate Communicate effectively and proactively with both internal and external clients to provide regular project updates and resolve any issues Assist with the management of Campos’s virtual call center Assist with the management of Campos’s proprietary research participant database Assist Campos’s sales team as appropriate (e.g., providing input for proposal pricing)
3+ years experience in project management or office/department operations Proficiency with spreadsheets and other office software, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple projects in field or in development Ability to work quickly, confidently, and accurately with limited supervision Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for operational excellence Team player with positive attitude Experience with online survey tools a plus, but not required Experience in working with qualitative research and/or recruitment a plus, but not required Experience with client service and staff supervision a plus, but not required Based in Pittsburgh, PA
