Senior Manager, International eCommerce

This is a Full-time position in Pittsburgh, PA posted March 8, 2021.

The Sr Manager, International eCommerce is responsible for developing the strategic vision and acceleration roadmap to rapidly grow and optimize GNC’s international franchise partners’ eCommerce businesses.

This will be accomplished by partnering with international franchisees to develop digital commerce and distribution strategies, opening new sales channels and being the in-house expert on demand generation.

This role serves as the primary internal advocate for all international franchise partners, and engages cross-functional working groups to bring the strategic vision to life.+ Act as an internal consultant in support of GNC’s international franchisees
– identify best practices and growth strategies on a market-by-market basis+ Subject matter expert and point of contact for partners on how to execute and activate digital marketing strategies for customer acquisition, customer engagement, and personalization+ Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to help define and optimize the partner’s operating model, including organizational structure, technology resources, and operating processes+ Manage monthly governance processes to improvement management and measurement of performance across all international franchisees + Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, programs and campaigns across digital platforms and experiences to capitalize on holidays and tent-pole events across international markets+ Additional duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Responsible for supervising a team of employees.+ Responsible for supervising multiple projects.+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required + Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred+ 8+ years progressive eCommerce, digital marketing, demand generation, marketplace management experience, or related required+ 5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect)+ International experience preferred+ Google Analytics or other digital marketing analytics certifications preferred+ Strong understanding of the eCommerce eco-system including marketplaces, platform providers and omni-channel integrations+ Deep understanding of developing and defining the customer journey and highly experienced in online marketing channels including paid search, search engine optimization, email marketing, and affiliate marketing+ High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications+ Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills + Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts+ Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients+ Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.+ Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management+ Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reportingGeneral Nutrition Centers, Inc.
