Howard Hanna is looking to add a Vice President, Relocation to their growing team. This individual will be accountable for meeting profitable performance requirements outlined by our various business segments/Broker, Relocation Management Companies, Website Inquiries, Local and National Corporations direct inquiries. This position is also accountable for driving new Relocation business through the engagement of new third party partners and corporations. A successful candidate will be able to oversee the all company team of real estate relocation professionals that are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and focus on developing and driving processes that optimize the internal productivity and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Real estate license required. Does not need to be active
  • Four-year college degree preferred, or 8 years of professional Relocation-specific experience required
  • Five (5) years of proven business development experience in the Relocation/Mobility industry required
  • Five years of experience in all three (3) Relocation disciplines: Affinity, Corporate, and Broker to Broker
  • Certified Relocation Professional & Relocation Directors Council (RDC) membership
  • Ability to perform under pressure by being able to multi-task, prioritize workload and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Collaborative and works well in a team environment
  • Previous management experience of a multi-person team required
